Job description
Young Life in Colorado seeks an Associate Area Director to lead spiritual development and ministry operations in the Douglas County region. You will recruit, train and deploy volunteers, cast area vision and develop strategies to reach every kid with the gospel.
As part of a Christ-centered team, you will supervise staff and volunteers, manage relationships with churches, and ensure faithful program delivery, fundraising, and compliance with Young Life policies.
