Overview
Attorneys needed for a prominent plaintiffs firm in the US. This role offers 100% remote work and requires licensing in any state.
Responsibilities
Provide ERISA litigation counsel (plaintiff or defense) and support related litigation efforts
Collaborate with teams on case strategy, discovery, and motion practice as needed
Qualifications
Licensed attorney with 2-10+ years of experience (plaintiff or defense)
Experience in ERISA Litigation, Consumer Protection, Class Actions, or Securities Litigation
Willing to consider defense candidates seeking to move to plaintiff-side
Benefits & Compensation
Salary $120,000 - $275,000 per year
