Associate Attorney (0–3 Years) – Boutique Litigation Firm
Location: Boca Raton, FL

Our boutique litigation law firm, based in Boca Raton, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney (1–3 years of experience) to join our growing team. We specialize in solving complex legal problems in the areas of commercial, real estate, and construction litigation.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and analyze pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic analysis
Participate in case strategy development and client communications
Handle depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings as appropriate to experience level
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-stakes matters
Qualifications:
1–3 years of litigation experience, with a strong interest in commercial, real estate, or construction litigation
Excellent legal research and writing skills required
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Courtroom and deposition experience a plus, but not required
Must be licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
