Title: Associate Attorney
Salary: $85,000 - 110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Cedar Knolls, New Jersey

Maraziti Falcon, LLP provides representation in the areas of environmental law, redevelopment law, local government, land use, construction and litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. The majority of the firm’s clients are public entities and the practice is focused on transactional redevelopment matters as well as air, water, wastewater permitting and compliance;
enforcement defense;
bidding requirements;
construction and insurance claims;

Responsibilities:
Draft documents (e.G., pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, resolutions, etc.)
Conduct legal research
Conduct trial preparation (e.G,. exhibits, binders, etc.)
Requirements:
A JD Degree and ideally barred in NJ (If not, scheduled to sit for the New Jersey Bar)
0-4 years of legal experience
Exceptional writing skills
Strong academic credentials
Bonus:
Admitted to the Federal District Court
Experience in Environmental, Land Use, Municipal, and/or Government law
