Groth Law Firm, S.C. is seeking an experienced attorney who enjoys advocating for injured clients and moving cases toward resolution. Led by Attorney Jon Groth, our Wisconsin firm has recovered millions for clients through verdicts, judgments, and settlements.
Join a collaborative team where you’ll independently manage a personal injury docket from pre-suit through litigation and resolution.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate liability and damages, negotiate claims, and determine when to file suit.
Handle discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft and argue motions.
Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial.
Build strong client relationships and guide clients through the legal process.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or insurance defense.
Experience managing cases, conducting discovery and depositions, handling motion practice, and negotiating settlements.
Strong research, writing, case analysis, and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and collaborate with a litigation team. xzgxqkn
A JD from an accredited law school and an active Wisconsin law license.
