Clyde & Co Associate PositionClyde & Co is seeking an associate with 3+ years of strong coverage litigation experience. The associate must be proactive, motivated and organized, and must possess excellent research and writing skills.ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings and briefsPrepare and respond to written discoveryPrepare correspondence to colleagues and clientsAnalyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing recommendations for clientsConduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/NexisReview documents in preparation for litigationAttend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as requiredSubmit filings to the courtEducation and Experience RequiredAdmitted to practice in Colorado3+ years of insurance coverage experienceStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to handle matters of a highly sensitive natureAbility to handle time sensitive mattersAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projectsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to identify and resolve problems quicklyStrong work ethic and attention to detailCapable of working within a teamWhy Join Us?At Clyde & Co, we believe in supporting your professional growth while ensuring you have the flexibility and benefits you need to thrive. The range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
