Candidates must have experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice and court appearances.

Candidates should have proven experience and the ability to handle cases from their inception and work independently, with superior writing skills, strong research skills, and experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice and court appearances.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients to provide day to day counseling regarding labor/employment related issues
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the NJ state bar association is required; NY and PA are a plus.
Required Skills
Proven experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation is mandatory.
Strong skills in legal drafting and research are essential for success in this role.
