Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Litigation team in Tennessee. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with financial institutions on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related legal matters, supported by a collaborative team and advanced technology.
Duties
Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings.
Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
Requirements
Licensed in Tennessee (required).
3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
Experience in a litigation-focused role.
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
