Title: Associate Attorney
Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 Annually, depending on experience
Location: Valley Stream, NY (In-Office with flexibility for occasional remote opportunities)

In-office role with flexibility for occasional remote work
A monthly health insurance stipend will be provided, if needed
18 PTO days + firm-observed holidays (both federal and Jewish holidays)
401(k) is available after 90 days. Company matches 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 4%
5% bonus after one year of employment
Hands-on mentorship and training from experienced partners
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial)
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategy
Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance
Participate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Negotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
Requirements:
A JD degree
Admission to OR awaiting results for the New York Bar
Have at least interned at a personal injury firm and/or insurance company
Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
An ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bonus Experience:
Bilingual in Spanish
