Active Missouri and Kansas Bar License in good standing.
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and client communication abilities.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Manage residential and commercial eviction matters from filing through resolution.
Represent the company and property owners in court hearings and related proceedings.
Assist with property acquisitions, including contract review, due diligence, title review, and closing coordination.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and legal documents.
Handle employment-related matters, settlements, and small labor dispute resolutions.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
Advise on compliance with Missouri landlord-tenant, real estate, and employment laws.
