Busy Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice seeks an Associate Attorney to join our team.
Our Tampa office is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with a Minimum of FIVE (5) years Personal Injury litigation experience.
( NO EXCEPTIONS, must have 5 yr prior Personal Injury experience to apply)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to Manage a high volume of Litigation cases
Excellent client service and communication skills
Superior writing and advocacy skills
Five years experience litigating personal injury cases
Jury Trial experience
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Association
DUTIES:
Handle heavy and complex caseload of cases in litigation, including, but not limited to trial preparation and trial. xzgxqkn
Represent clients in legal proceedings such as court appearances and depositions
Draft legal documents: complaints, discovery, and motions.
Evaluate and determine case value
Determine whether a case settlement is appropriate
Prepare mediation summaries and mediate cases
Manage a Paralegal
Regular and reliable attendance is essential for the function of this job
