Key Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant real estate legal experience.
Education: J.D. from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
Licensure: Active Massachusetts bar admission required.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Take ownership of substantive workstreams within the real estate practice.
Draft and review sophisticated legal and client-facing materials.
Analyze complex legal, regulatory, and commercial issues.
Coordinate efficiently with partners, clients, and cross-practice teams.
Assume increasing responsibility for matter management and execution.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Salary Range: $220,000.00 to $255,000.00 per year, plus benefits and bonuses (actual compensation depends on class year, experience, and qualifications).
