Commercial Real Estate Associate AttorneyAre you a commercial real estate attorney ready to take on sophisticated, high-value transactions while building your career with a nationally recognized law firm?Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. This is an opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys on complex acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and other significant real estate matters across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience, strong transactional skills, and the ability to confidently manage matters from due diligence through closing.What You'll DoRepresent sophisticated clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and other transactional documentsConduct and coordinate due diligence involving title, survey, zoning, and related real estate mattersAssist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing mattersManage multiple transactions and deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detailCommunicate directly with clients and help drive transactions toward successful completionCollaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
