This is a full time, hybrid position with three days onsite at the office in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice and representation to healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing facilities, product manufactures, and medical centers.
Collaborate with attorneys to manage cases through the litigation lifecycle.
Research legal issues and medical topics.
Develop case strategy and conduct depositions.
Prepare and file briefs, motions, and other judicial pleadings.
Evaluate medical records and facilitate the discovery process.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Washington.
Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ProLaw.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. xzgxqkn
Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense is preferred.
