Job description
Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale is seeking an Associate Chief Hospitalist to lead clinical operations and foster a positive culture. The role is 90% clinical with 12-hour shifts and 10% administrative duties, reporting into facility leadership to strengthen team performance.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required; 2–3 years of hospital medicine leadership preferred.
