Job description
Dartmouth-Hitchcock is seeking an inaugural Associate Chief Medical Officer for Dartmouth Home Health. This leadership role will focus on providing strategic oversight for home-based care programs including the Hospital at Home initiative.
The ideal candidate will possess an MD or DO, with significant clinical leadership experience and a commitment to improving patient care. This position is based in Lebanon, NH and requires alignment with Dartmouth Health’s goals of establishing innovative rural-centered home care.
