Our established Chiropractic & Physiotherapy clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for musculoskeletal conditions. We specialize in integrative therapies that promote recovery, pain relief, and optimal physical function. Our multidisciplinary approach incorporates advanced modalities such as spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue manual therapies, dry needling, class IV laser therapy, spinal decompression, post-isometric relaxation (PIR) stretching, and active musculoskeletal rehabilitation to address a wide range of patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in patients, utilizing clinic modalities including spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue manual therapies, dry needling, class IV laser therapy, spinal decompression, PIR stretching, and active musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention, ensuring accurate assessment of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in the patient's chart or enter information into the clinic's electronic health record system for comprehensive tracking and continuity of care.
Instruct patients and their families in treatment procedures to be continued at home, empowering them with self-management strategies, including PIR stretching techniques, to support long-term recovery and prevent recurrence.
Evaluate the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit, adapting plans based on patient progress and feedback.
Confer with patients, medical practitioners, or appropriate others to plan, implement, or assess the intervention program, fostering a collaborative environment for holistic patient care.
Administer manual exercises, massage, traction, or PIR stretching to help relieve pain, increase patient strength, or decrease or prevent deformity or crippling, integrating these with advanced modalities for optimal therapeutic results.
Obtain patients' informed consent to proposed interventions, upholding ethical standards and ensuring patient autonomy in treatment decisions.
Test and measure patients' strength, motor development and function, sensory perception, functional capacity, and record data to inform evidence-based treatment adjustments.
Direct, supervise, assess, and communicate with supportive personnel, including therapy assistants and administrative staff, to maintain high standards of care delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution, with a specialized focus on physiotherapy.
Successful completion of Parts I, II, III, Physiotherapy exam, and IV of the NBCE exams, demonstrating mastery of foundational sciences, clinical competencies, physiotherapy techniques, and practical application in patient care.
Active licensure as a Chiropractor in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in physiotherapy modalities, including spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue manual therapies, dry needling, class IV laser therapy, spinal decompression, PIR stretching, and active musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation standards.
