Intake Document ProcessorOnsiteSpringfield, ILMonday-Friday 8am-5pmWe're hiring Intake Document Processors for our Litigation Management Services Team. You'll work directly with Customer Service Representatives and vendors across the country. Particular services of this team include prepping and indexing legal documents. Our Intake Document Processors are empowered to solve customer inquiries and problems quickly and professionally. We provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Passionate about service quality, giving back to the community, and devoted to continuous improvement, CSC is the business behind business®.Some of the things you'll be doing:Reviewing and preparing legal documentsCompleting data entry of customer informationTaking documents and scanning them into the internal databaseProblem-solving issues related to customers and documentationProviding excellent customer service to internal and external customersElectronic filing and retrieval of documentsWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailStrong comprehension and critical thinking skillsSuperb organizational and time management skillsAbility to navigate quickly across multiple systemsStrong computer skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs unassistedPreferred Qualifications:Transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents)Business-to-business customer service experienceLegal compliance experienceProficiency with Microsoft OfficeCandidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship.At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $39,000-$44,000.
