Job description
CenterWell is seeking an Associate Operations Director for Clinic/Center Administration to oversee staff delivering outpatient care in a clinical setting. You will coordinate across departments and develop staffing plans, policies and operating procedures for the clinics.
Reporting to the Market President, Primary Care, you will work with clinicians to ensure patient outcomes while navigating a full-risk VBC environment and regulatory requirements.
