Job description
Northpoint Commercial Finance in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Associate Counsel II with 5–7 years of UCC Article 9 secured lending experience and at least 2–3 years in-house. The role focuses on negotiating and drafting documents and providing practical legal advice to multiple business units, supporting floorplan, AR, and ABL lines of business.
