Job description
Gardner Capital, Inc. seeks a mid-level transactional attorney to join Associate Counsel in its Clayton, Missouri office.
The attorney will handle corporate and commercial real estate matters and support the legal team on financing, development, and asset management. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of real estate experience, Missouri Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly), and strong drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
