Job description
Cleaning StaffTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Service, clean, and sanitize employee common areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, entryways, and other areas as required.Dust, clean, and sanitize various surfaces, including floors, mats, door handles, windows, mirrors, and other areas as required.Empty and dispose of trash receptacles.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.Mix water, detergents, acids, or other cleaning solutions as needed, following safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.Monitor and report any issues related to safety hazards, repairs, or maintenance needs. Appropriately escalating high-risk and major repairs in a timely manner as necessary.Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.All other duties as needed.Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am (3rd shift only)Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.Shift Differential Pay Available!Potential Monthly Production Bonus & Potential Quarterly Attendance Bonus!
