Adelphi University’s School of Social Work seeks an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and MSW Program Director. You will oversee MSW, OMSW and BSW programs across Garden City, NYC, and other sites, guiding academic standards, curriculum design, and faculty development while aligning with accreditation expectations.

You will supervise program directors, coordinate student affairs, and advance risk-aware policies to improve retention and degree progress.
