Job description
An established and highly productive dental practice in New York is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a 100% fee-for-service practice with an established patient base, approximately $2.3M in annual collections , and significant clinical autonomy.
The practice is located in New York's Southern Tier , within reach of several colleges and universities. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values quality care, autonomy, and the ability to build a long-term future within an established practice.

100% Fee-for-Service - no PPOs, Medicaid, or HMOs
Approximately $2.3M in annual collections
Established patient base with consistent demand
Approximately 8 operatories
Fully digital practice
Predominantly adult general dentistry
Pediatric dentistry is not required
Experienced dentist remaining with the practice, providing continuity during the transition
Opportunity to add clear aligners, implants, cosmetic dentistry, and other procedures
Strong clinical autonomy
Monday-Friday schedule

Compensation & Benefits
Dentists are earning approximately $250,000-$300,000+ annually
$1,500 annual CE allowance
