Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
30% of adjusted production
Expected earnings: $250,000-$350,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee
For your first 6 months , you'll receive the greater of:
$1,100 per day, or
30% of adjusted production
with a minimum monthly guarantee of $17,600 while working just 4 days per week .
Additional Benefits
$10,000 sign-on bonus
$5,000 annual CE allowance
Medical insurance (50% employee premium covered)
10 days PTO paid at $500/day
Up to $2,000 annual malpractice reimbursement
Mentorship with the owner dentist one day each week
Shared lab fees at just 30% with excellent negotiated rates
The Practice
You’ll join a well-established PPO and fee-for-service practice with an outstanding reputation for patient care.
Our team includes:
1 full-time owner dentist
1 hygienist
3 experienced dental assistants
3 front office team members
We currently welcome approximately 50 new patients each month , providing a consistent schedule and strong production opportunities from day one.
Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and patient-focused. We believe in transparency, so you’ll have full access to financial and production reports through Dentrix Ascend and Jarvis Analytics.
A Broad Scope of Dentistry
If you enjoy practicing comprehensive dentistry, you’ll love the variety this position offers.
You’ll perform procedures including:
Restorative dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Surgical extractions
Endodontics
Dentures and removable prosthetics
Implant placement
Clear aligner therapy (OrthoFx)
Whether you’re already experienced or looking to continue expanding your skills, you’ll receive mentorship and support from an owner who genuinely enjoys teaching.
You’ll also gain exposure to the business side of private practice through DEO coaching alongside the owner.

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and wants to practice comprehensive dentistry.
Our ideal candidate:
Has at least one year of experience after dental school or has completed an AEGD/GPR (although we are open to highly motivated new grads!)
Is comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry
Is coachable, collaborative, and eager to continue learning
Wants to practice a wide range of procedures while growing clinically
