Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including: Comprehensive examinations

Preventive care

Restorative dentistry

Crowns and bridges

Cosmetic procedures

Emergency dental care

Patient education

Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

Present treatment recommendations clearly, ethically, and compassionately

Utilize advanced dental technology to support accurate diagnosis and predictable treatment outcomes

Build strong, long-term relationships with patients

Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative team members

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, trust, and quality of care

Compensation & Benefits

$750 daily guarantee during the initial transition period

Production-based compensation up to 30-35% of collections

Established patient base and strong patient flow

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

3+ years of dental experience

Active Ohio dental license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Commitment to continuous professional development and clinical excellence
