Are you a general dentist ready to step into an established, technology-forward practice with a built-in patient base and real earning potential? A thriving general dentistry office in a family-friendly Ohio community is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its team, and this one is genuinely worth a look.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This practice has spent years building a loyal patient base in a market with very limited local competition for general dental care. The result is a steady, established flow of patients from day one, along with the backing of a seasoned lead dentist who genuinely wants to see an incoming associate succeed. The culture here is collaborative rather than corporate, so you will have the independence to practice your own style of dentistry while having support close at hand whenever you need it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to an established, loyal patient base.
Practice independently while collaborating with a supportive, experienced lead dentist.
Use in-house technology, including CEREC, CBCT, and laser dentistry, to provide efficient, same-day care.
Coordinate with a visiting periodontist on complex periodontal cases.
Maintain a high standard of patient care.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The lead dentist is looking for a genuine long-term fit, not just a warm body to fill a schedule. That means clinical skill matters, but so does chairside manner, communication with patients, and a willingness to be part of a small, close-knit team.
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
An active or eligible Ohio dental license (licensure fee reimbursement is available).
Two or more years of clinical experience is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
A broad general dentistry skill set, comfortable with restorative, diagnostic, and technology-driven procedures.
SCHEDULE
Flexible scheduling is available, including a three-day workweek (Wednesday through Friday) or a full five-day schedule.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Production-based pay, plus a daily guarantee during your first 90 days.
Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, with HSA eligibility for those working 30 or more hours per week.
401(k) with company match.
