Associate Dentist Opportunity
The Staff Pad is partnering with an established, patient-focused dental practice in Minnetonka, MN to identify an Associate Dentist for a flexible, growth-oriented opportunity. This role is ideal for a dentist seeking schedule flexibility, clinical variety, and a collaborative team environment — with the ability to shape both their schedule and scope of practice.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday with flexibility on days and hours

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
Optionally perform procedures such as endodontics, oral surgery, and implants
Collaborate closely with a small, experienced clinical team
Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
Who You Are:
DDS or DMD Eligible for Minnesota licensure
2–3 years of experience preferred
Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused
Interested in shaping your schedule and clinical scope
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
