Associate Dentist – Future Partnership Opportunity

Kimberly Dryden Pitts, DDS, PC is seeking a motivated, compassionate Associate Dentist to join our established, privately owned dental practice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

We are looking for a dentist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, building lasting relationships, and growing professionally within a collaborative team.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on quality patient care.

Diagnose, develop, and present individualized treatment plans.

Educate patients on oral health and recommended treatment.

Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to provide a seamless patient experience.

Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.

Build lasting relationships with patients through trust, communication, and compassionate care.

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program.

Active Tennessee dental license or eligibility for licensure.

Current professional liability coverage or ability to obtain coverage.

Strong clinical skills and commitment to comprehensive, high‑quality dental care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and present comprehensive treatment plans.

Strong commitment to patient education and ethical treatment recommendations.

Ability to work collaboratively with the entire dental team.

Interest in long‑term professional growth and potential partnership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in general dentistry preferred but not required.

Experience with comprehensive treatment planning.

Interest in continuing education and expanding clinical skills.
