Full Time or Part time Associate Dentist Greensboro, NC
A private dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established, high-performing practice with strong clinical support and room to grow.
Practice Highlights
$1.2M+ in annual collections; $133K average monthly production
7 operatories, 4 hygienists, hygiene-driven practice
Previous doctor retired - open to FT or PT
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule
Advanced technology: iTero, CBCT, Laser
PPO/FFS
Excellent opportunity for growth and advanced procedures
Compensation & Benefits
6-month per diem ($900-$1,500/day) plus 35% of net collections
$1,500 annual CE allowance
Full health, vision, dental, LTD, STD plans; sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance negotiable
Mentorship & Ownership
Clinical mentorship in implants, endo, and Invisalign
True path to ownership with equity buy-in and quarterly profit distributions
Dentist-owned and led organization (not private equity)
