As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Associate to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice with strong leadership, a supportive culture, and significant room for professional and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care, including oral surgery, endodontics, crowns, veneers, and restorative treatments
Build lasting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, comfortable care
Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and support staff to achieve clinical and practice goals
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training qualifications
Active dental license in the state of Minnesota
Experience providing a broad range of dental procedures Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and precision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growing practice environment Commitment to exceptional patient care and long-term practice success
