Our Formal Offer:
Each prospective team member commits to the terms of our Culture, and embraces our Model
Partial paid, individual health insurance, after three-month probation
Scrubs (after three months)
401k (with three-percent employer contribution)
For the first three months, daily minimum salary that equals to $160,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, and thereafter, exclusively 1/3 collections.
No weekends (except emergency), no evenings.
Training Budget (once provider is established with the practice)
