Ozark Dental Center , led by Dr. David B. Johnson, DDS , is a relationship-based practice serving Salem and Viburnum, Missouri, where each patient's smile is the top priority. We're dedicated to providing the highest quality general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry while helping every patient achieve and maintain long-term dental health.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 30% of production
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$250,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $700 to $900 per day , based on experience
The Opportunity
This is a flexible role, from 3 days per week up to full-time , in a practice built for a dentist who wants to grow into a broad, modern scope.
You’ll provide a broad array of procedures , including:
Restorative and aesthetic (cosmetic) dentistry
Implant placement and restoration
Endodontics
Crowns, fixed bridges, and porcelain veneers
Invisalign
Laser-assisted procedures
Your experience will guide which areas you take on , with room to expand your skills over time. Mentorship is available , including for recent graduates, making this a strong environment to grow.
Technology & Systems
You’ll practice on the leading edge of dental technology , with:
Digital X-rays and 3D imaging
Intraoral / impression scanners
Laser-assisted dentistry
State-of-the-art restorative and cosmetic systems
