Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $200,000 base salary plus a 30% production bonus
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$400,000 annually
Benefits Include:

Professional liability insurance covered
Health insurance broker connection available if needed
Continuing education support, with coverage handled directly with the owner-dentists as needed
Paid time off : approximately 2 to 3 weeks annually
The Opportunity
This is a full-time associate role with the flexibility to start at 5 days per week and transition to a regular 4-day schedule over time.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Ability to move to a 4-day workweek regularly as you get established
You’ll practice a broad scope of general dentistry , with mentorship available to grow into advanced procedures, including:
Implants
Endodontics
Oral surgery
Orthodontics
Our modern office is fully equipped with digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging, and laser dentistry .
Mentorship & Growth
Mentorship is a genuine strength here. You’ll learn alongside veteran owner-dentists who stay closely involved , plus a supportive cohort of fellow associates who meet and collaborate regularly. Whether you’re an experienced dentist or a newer graduate, you’ll have real support to expand your clinical scope into implants, endo, surgery, and ortho over time.
For the right dentist, there is also a genuine path to partnership as you grow with the practice.
