Associate Dentist Opportunity (New Grads Welcome!) - Fort Wayne, IN
A well‑established, high‑demand private practice in Fort Wayne is seeking an associate dentist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced providers looking for strong mentorship, immediate patient flow, and long‑term growth.
What You’ll Find in This Opportunity:
Busy, established practice with consistent patient demand
Ability to get productive quickly with a strong patient base
Mentorship available, including support for new grads
Broad scope of procedures including endo, implants, crown & bridge, and extractions
Modern technology including digital scanners, lasers, and digital X-rays
10 operatories with dedicated doctor space
Compensation & Schedule:
$800/day guarantee for first 3 months
35% of collections after guarantee period
Full‑time schedule with a great work‑life balance (no evenings or weekends)
Ideal Candidate:
Open to new grads or experienced dentists
Motivated to grow clinically and long‑term within a practice
