Private Practice $350K+ Earning Potential Partnership Potential
An established private dental practice located just outside Buffalo, New York is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to transition from a DSO into a privately owned practice with a strong focus on quality care and long-term patient relationships.
The practice has 8,000+ active patients and 100+ new patients each month , providing a strong and consistent patient base.
Opportunity Highlights
$1,500/day initial guarantee for approximately 3 months
Transition to 35% of collections
Previous new graduate earned approximately $350,000 in their first year
$2,500 CE allowance and relocation assistance
No lab fees
Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
Treat both adults and children
Approximately 10-12 patients per day
Dedicated operatory and assistant
Support from 6 hygienists
New graduates and experienced dentists welcome
Clinical Environment
The practice features 12 operatories, CBCT, intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, in-house mills, 3D printers, and a full-service dental laboratory with 3 technicians . The Associate will work alongside an experienced implant dentist, providing mentorship and exposure to advanced treatment planning while focusing primarily on general dentistry.
A flexible split-shift schedule allows associates to build a schedule that supports work-life balance. Dentists interested in long-term growth may also have the opportunity to pursue partnership or ownership after approximately 2-3 years .
