About the Role
This opening is for an Associate Dentist at Aspen Dental. The position offers a world‑class Dental Service Organization (DSO) with competitive compensation, flexible scheduling and support for business and administrative tasks so you can focus on patient care.
Salary and Benefits
Job Type: Full‑time or Part‑time
Salary:
$180 000 – $215 000 per year
Location‑Specific Offers:
Signing incentive – $10 000
Relocation stipend – $10 000
Implant training available

Responsibilities
Work with a patient‑centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership
Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Offer treatment‑planning options and discuss them with patients
Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
Stay abreast of developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community
Qualifications
Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
