Dr. Mullen's established Redding practice is growing and looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join us four days per week . With approximately 50 new patients each month , a busy hygiene program, and strong demand for restorative care, there is already plenty of dentistry waiting for the right doctor.

The schedule is four days per week with Monday and Friday required and flexibility in choosing the other two days.

This position is open because of growth, need, and patient demand .
The practice has an established hygiene program, approximately 50 new patients coming in each month, and a significant amount of treatment opportunity already within the patient base.
You'll have the opportunity to provide a broad range of general dentistry, including crowns, fillings, root canals, extractions, preventive care, and comprehensive treatment .
You're not being brought in to create demand from scratch. The opportunity is already here.

Dr. Mullen is a highly skilled dentist with a thriving practice and is happy to mentor and support an associate who wants to learn. We're looking for someone who communicates well, cares about their patients, is open to coaching, and wants to keep getting better.
You'll have the opportunity to learn the practice, build relationships with patients, strengthen your clinical skills, and become increasingly independent.
