Santa Monica Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in the heart of Santa Monica. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values long-term patient relationships, and is looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive practice.
Located just minutes from the beach, our practice combines a modern clinical environment with a strong reputation in the community, an experienced team, and a loyal patient base.

Over $3 million in annual production
More than 3,000 active patients
50+ new patients each month
Fee-for-Service and PPO practice (No Denti-Cal or HMOs)
Eight fully equipped operatories
Strong hygiene program
CBCT technology on-site
Established patient flow with excellent treatment opportunities
Collaborative and team-oriented culture
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality, patient-centered treatment
Diagnose conditions and present treatment plans that educate and empower patients
Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care
Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Five or more years of general dentistry experience preferred
Strong communication and case presentation skills
Commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry
Team-oriented with a growth mindset
Competitive earning potential of $200,000 - $300,000
Compensation based on 30% of net production
Malpractice insurance fully paid by the practice
