Job description
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to provide full-scope family dentistry, including implant placement, to a diverse patient base of all ages.
Perform comprehensive dental services, preventive care, and dental implants.
Participate in team activities such as huddles, community outreach, and mentoring.
Utilize advanced technology like digital x-rays, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through regular training.
Manage a typical patient load of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
Qualifications include:
DDS/DMD from an accredited program and active dental license or eligibility.
CPR, DEA, and state-specific certifications; nitrous oxide certification required in certain states.
Passion for compassionate care for patients of all ages.
Guaranteed base pay exceeding $200K with uncapped earning potential.
