Associate Dentist with Equity Opportunity

A thriving, well-established 10-operatory general dental practice in the Sun Prairie/Madison area is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a high-performing, patient-centered team. This is a confidential search; full practice details will be shared with qualified candidates following an NDA. Practice Snapshot:

Stand-alone, 5,200 sq ft modern facility

3 doctors (2 owners) and 5 hygienists (FT equivalent)

5,400+ active patients

30–50 new patients per month

Strong collections: ~$3.89M (2025)

Payor mix: ~82% PPO / ~17% FFS / ~1% Medicaid

Busy, efficient schedule with excellent patient demand

Who They’re Looking For:

Ideally 2–3+ years of clinical experience

Strong preference for candidates with GPR or AEGD training and/or solid surgical experience

Former military dentists will receive additional consideration

A team-oriented, patient-focused clinician who wants to grow into a long-term leadership role with ownership potential

Please note this position is not currently open to brand new graduates

Location: The practice is located in Sun Prairie , serving patients throughout northeastern Dane County, including many from Madison and surrounding counties (Columbia, Dodge, Jefferson, and Rock).
