Job description
J.Crew Group is seeking an Associate Design Director to shape compelling digital and print experiences across the brand. You will lead design initiatives for web, email, editorial, signage and packaging, collaborating with art directors, designers, developers, writers and marketing to maintain a cohesive J.Crew aesthetic.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio across digital and print, and mastery of typography, layout, and color.
