Job description
Ratio Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director in Biology to lead preclinical oncology biology studies and pharmacology efforts. You will design and execute in vitro and in vivo experiments, interpret data, and communicate findings with multidisciplinary teams.
The role requires strong leadership, hands-on laboratory experience, and collaboration across chemistry, radiochemistry, clinical, and regulatory groups to drive preclinical programs forward.
