Job description
CSL is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Forecasting and Portfolio Analytics to shape data-driven decisions across our biotechnology and vaccines portfolio. In this role, you will lead development of robust global forecasts, integrating epidemiology, market dynamics, and competitive insights to guide R&D, commercial, and investment strategies. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will assess portfolio value, model scenarios, and communicate clear recommendations to senior leaders. Operating in CSL’s patient-focused, values-driven culture, you will help advance innovative therapies for serious and rare diseases worldwide while mentoring analysts and continuously enhancing forecasting tools and processes.
