Middlebury College in Vermont seeks a Senior Facilities Services Manager to oversee the Central Heating Plant operations, steam and electrical power distribution, and campus mechanical systems, providing leadership and strategic direction.
You will manage a $5 million annual operating budget, supervise about 7 hourly staff, coordinate contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and develop a 10-year reliability plan for campus services and energy systems.
