The leader will connect business strategy with enterprise technology capabilities, influence investment decisions, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable transformation across a complex, regulated global medical technology environment.
Responsibilities

Partner with product, platform, architecture, cyber, data, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, secure, compliant, integrated, and aligned with enterprise roadmaps and standards
Lead demand intake, prioritization, portfolio transparency, and governance support by providing clear technology perspectives, tradeoffs, recommendations, business value, risk, and resource implications to inform decisions.
Oversee execution of approved programs and projects, including stakeholder alignment, delivery coordination, communication, change management, risk escalation, adoption, continuous improvement, and value realization
Promote a product-model mindset and integrated ways of working across business, TDS, and external partners to reduce silos and improve speed, quality, accountability, and adoption of digital capabilities across essential healthcare product portfolios.
