Job description
RTX is seeking an Associate Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of enterprise quality systems such as COSMIC CORE, ETQ, and M-Files. You will own roadmaps, govern platforms, and align digital quality tools with business goals.
You’ll partner across Quality and CORE, manage a $5M budget, and drive Lean principles while guiding a technical team through modernized workflows and analytics-driven decisions.
