Job description
The 14th Street Y is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Fitness & Athletics to lead and expand fitness and sports programming in Downtown Manhattan. The role oversees staff, budgets, safety, and member experience while driving participation and revenue.
You will manage trainers, equipment, and services, partnering with other departments to deliver a welcoming, proactive fitness environment. A Bachelor’s degree and CPR certification are preferred.
