We're looking for an Associate Director, Laboratory Transformation to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, lead high-impact transformation programmes and help shape the future of our laboratory transformation offering.

What You'll Do
Client Advisory & Transformation Leadership
Build trusted relationships with clients across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
Lead conversations with laboratory, quality, IT and business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
Develop transformation strategies and roadmaps that align scientific, operational and business objectives.
Guide senior stakeholders through decision-making and change initiatives.
Programme Delivery
Lead laboratory transformation, digitsation, process improvement and technology transfer programmes.
Help clients connect laboratory activities and data with process development, manufacturing operations and enterprise platforms.
Support the introduction of new technologies, process transfers and capability expansion initiatives.
Assess current-state processes, identify gaps and define practical future-state solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant and appropriate for regulated life sciences environments.
Business Development & Growth
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify opportunities where Pangaea can provide additional value and support strategic objectives.
Contribute to proposals, presentations and business development activities.
Help shape new service offerings and solutions based on emerging client needs.
Support account growth and the development of long-term client partnerships.
Leadership & Capability Development
Lead multidisciplinary teams across client engagements.
Manage stakeholders across both business and technical functions.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to the growth of Pangaea's laboratory transformation capabilities.
Take ownership of delivery quality, client satisfaction and engagement success.
About You
You'll combine life sciences experience with strong consulting, programme delivery and stakeholder management skills.
10 + years within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated life sciences environments.
Experience leading complex transformation programmes, client engagements or strategic initiatives.
A strong understanding of laboratory operations and their connection to product development, technology transfer and manufacturing.
The ability to translate business challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
