Job description
Lilly is seeking an Associate Director, Communications Insights & Analytics, to turn measurement frameworks and AI-enabled analytics into actionable insights. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Communications Intelligence and drives the measurement program across messaging, channels, and reputation.
It combines analytics rigor with storytelling to guide strategy. The position requires hands-on dashboard creation, data systems expertise, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
